TJ made the PCLC Select lacrosse team!!!

I'm such a proud momma!!!  I didn't realize they were having tryouts this past weekend until Friday and registration had closed.   I sent and email to the director asking if he could still tryout in which he sent back a prompt response saying they had 170+ kids trying out and that they would not accept another because the competition was to great.   Do you think that would stop me? lol No.  I sent back TJ stats for the season and they decided to let him tryout as a "walk on" and wanted to see his skills.

There are 3 teams for PCLC : Elite, East Select, West Select.   Because we live on the East side of Seattle he could only do the Elite and East Select.  He didn't make the Elite team but did make the Select.  They only accepted 18 (9 on Elite and 9 on Select) middie positions and TJ secured one of them.  :)  Again I'm a proud momma.

On top of him travellling to Oregon and California for the PCLC tourney's he will be participating in Tahoma's Summer tourney which also includes a few in this area and one in Portland.  He's going to be a busy boy this next few months!!  EJ will be trying out for the HS Select team next month.  Let hope he makes it too!!
