TJ after catching his pink salmon. Yes that boy helped James cut them up and gut them....TJ loves fishing..
So ... the 70 min run on Saturday killed my hip. Grr. Sunday is rest day so I assumed I would be ok on Monday to run my 35 min run. I couldn't walk hardly yesterday so I did not exercise. Today my hip is feeling better so I will be doing my 35 min run in a few minutes. On top of it all my stomachs been hurting for the last 2 days. Going to just deal with that and run.
I have learned a new lesson. My Saturday runs are way to strenuous for my hip to do another run on Monday so I will be switching my Monday runs till Tuesdays and working out at the gym on Mondays to give my hip more time to rest.
My bad eating habits have not changed. My goal this week is to go back on the shake 20/20 lifestyle diet to cleanse my poor body out from all the toxic junk food lol.
On a personal note... The family is doing good. Kids are enjoying our new neighborhood making lots of friends. I am enjoying spending time with the kids, neighborhood women at the park here and there and going running with James. The ward is great. The area is great. I couldn't have asked for a better move. It was a prayerful move and I know it was the right move for our family. Thank you Heavenly Father for inspiring us to make this hard choice. :)
Lacrosse is going well for the boys. Rae started Volleyball yesterday with her friends and was very sore today, poor girl. AJ and CJ are enjoying lacrosse. TJ started football for school 2 weeks ago and has not been very happy that he has to both sports. Sadly he made this choice when we moved to MV and he knew he would have to do this if he stayed over at his old school for the rest of the year. Yes, we could make him quite Lacrosse (because thats what he wants to do) but he is into the lacrosse season almost 2 months now and we paid some bucks to get him in. So we'll see if he sticks it out for the rest of the year. Only 2 more months and he wont have football and lacrosse in the same sport seasons like he does in Enumclaw.
Another lesson I have learned this week.. ALWAY listen to what the spirit is telling you. I should start out this next part of the post by quoting a new Kari quote I just made up..
Here goes..
"When I said I wanted to downsize, I didn't mean come over and steal it all" ~~~~ Kari V. LOL HEHE
As much as I am finding it funny now, I was crying my eyes out to the policeman when we had to call because our Enumclaw home got ransacked. yes you heard me right. We noticed when we where over there moving more big items that someone had robbed us of all our power tools etc. I had been there on Saturday selling something on craigslist to a guy and you know what when you feel somethings not right go with your gut... sigh
All I can say to the person who stole our stuff...you must have needed the money more then we did. God bless you and we would have helped you if you need the money that bad. :) a positive outlook on a bad week. :)
Anyways enough of me blabbing about things..
see ya
