AJ did it. YAY.. He was so scared to even try to ride his bike for month now and yesterday he got on his bike and just took off lol. The first think he said to me this morning is, "Mom are you proud of me for riding my bike" I gave him a big hug saying that I was so very proud. :) He such a thoughtful articulate boy. :)
Anyways. I figured I'd update you on my running progress. Saturday was our 2 hour run. WOW. We ran 9.10 miles in a little heat. James and I were burnt by the time we finished lol. It was exilerating I'd have to say. More so because I did it not really the run per say.
Saturday was also a milestone. We finished the beginning program of the ragnar training and going onto the intermediate one.. (click to see the training) We are starting on week of April 4th day because it close to where we are now. Oh boy. lol. My weight is coming off pretty fast. I am down prolly 16 lbs at this point which is really nice and making it easier to run these long mileage.
Kids are doing good. Lacrosse is finally over and we only have TJ's football and Raes volleyball practice to worry about. They are enjoying living in our new neighborhood. We are all happier. Yay. living out in the middle of the woods was hard for a social family like ours.
I start school again on June 21st so I am loving the long break. I just found out that I am most likely doing my clinical at Madagon Military hospital this summer. I will find out for sure in the next few weeks. I gave my first choice as that hospital and they usually are good about giving everyones first choice. I am so excited to be doing my labor/delivery and pediatric clinicals this summer. It the nursing focus I would like to go into. :) Anyway. I better go get my butt running. lol Have a good day and enjoy the small youtube clip.
