Citizen Soldier- 3 doors down.

First off I want to say that I am getting really old.  I did not even know there was a group called 3 doors down.  

EJ had me listen to his playlist and this song 2 days ago and I loved it (it's the song you are listening to right now).  I love the beat, the voice, everything about the song. Here is the link to the lyrics.  The lyrics has meaning which I am all about.  I love songs with meaning.  That tells you how old I am. My own son loves cool music and I didn't know about them.    I am going to have to listen to some of the other songs by 3 doors down. 

I love music.  As you can tell with my playlist I love the new songs, the classics, alternative, and etc.  

I am trying to keep myself busy so I don't go crazy with thoughts, kids, etc.  Yah Yah the kids are home early today because they had half days.  We are off in a few minutes to the movie theatre with my good friend Linda and the kids.  :) 

 

On another note... I just found out today that EJ has Chronic Sinus disease.  WHAT!!!!!!  All his sinuses are pus filled cysts right now.  His adenoids are very enlarged to.  The doctor thinks his Adenoids is causing this, so on Tuesday he goes in for Surgery to remove it.  This boy must not have the best immune system because he has had his appendix burst when he was 5, had shingles when he was 10, crack growth plate in his heels of his feet and now this.  CJ had this same surgery 2 year ago so I am assuming that this sinus thing runs in our genes.

Speaking of genes....James and I just started to participate in a Genetic study from www.navigenics.com.   They take your saliva and do genetic test on your DNA.   They map your whole genome and tell you what you are more susceptible.  Im in the medical field so this really does interest me.   I just hope we it doesn't come out that we have some weird gene that will most likely cause some deadly illness.  HEHE.
