To get off the topic at hand I am going to follow up with some pictures of the happenings that have been going on around our house this last week....
1. We got our chimney replaced... uhmm you don't even want to know how much this new chimney cost. We had to replace because the chimney it was leaning off the side of the house and dangerous. We will be wrapping the house with brick in the spring. It will go 4 feet 8 inches up the side of the house. :)
2. We had our weekend football... CJ's team won so they are moving on to the next round of playoffs next week. CJ was not very happy about that... He did not want to continue. HEHE I don't have pictures of CJ as they are on my Apple and it is in the shop....
3. TJ's team lost their football game... but here is a few pictures of him... TJ is first string defensive end... and first string offensive Tackle. James has a story to share about TJ game from last week where did a perfect sack on the quarterback but I will let him post that....
James UPDATE: in the middle picture below T plays right end on defense. They player in the red shirt wearing "#18" (like T) was their quarterback. The ball carrier is #27 in the red jersey and T made this tackle after about a 3 yard gain (which I'd wish we caught on video), but did it coming from the opposite end of the line and thru the backfield.
In the bottom of the football pictures, T is lined up as a guard in a strange formation where his team has two lineman and two backs on the line protecting the QB, (#13 in maroon and black). Everyone else lines up as a receiver. The oddest part, the opposing defense would get confused and more than half the time we'd get a reception/first down....
As for last week - T made the sweetest sack that if the game had been pro/college or televised would have been played over many times on SportsCenter as an instant replay. He fought the 4-back the whole way as he made his way to the opposing QB and pulled him down for a 7 yd loss as the 4-back resorted to tackling T himself in frustration.
3. I started my job at the Enumclaw Hospital finally.. It was bitter sweet for me because I really don't want to be gone from the kids but I also want to have experience I need for Nursing school. I work the night shift 2 days a weeks. It is really cool, except when they put a patient in isolation that you have been helping all night. It's kind of scary and I went all week worrying that I brought a disease. The nurses say this is a normal phobia when first starting. UGHH I will be working Halloween which makes me sad because I NEVER miss things for the kids. :( I can't wait to get the full report on trick-or-treating night with Dad only. HEHE. I need to take a picture of me in my scrubs :)
4. At CJ game on saturday they played Maple Valley which had alot of kids from the Lacrosse club we use to go to. Here is my favorite person in the world from the Lacrosse club and was a cheerleader from MV. This little down syndrome girl is the sweetest, most humble and funniest girl I have ever meet. So I dedicate post #4 to her. :)
5. Anyone want some garbage... hehe.. Number 5 post is dedicated to my brick garbage pile that we still have to clean up. HEHE.
6. My Macbook Pro laptops internal screen cracked...so Friday James and I tried to take it back to Fries to get it fixed since we got the 5 yr extended warranty on it. We got there and they refuse to fix it saying it was not under warranty. Being Kari, I went straight to the manager tried to get it fixed because we only bought it 3 month ago. They no way in heck would fix the dang thing and told us to go to the Apple store. They said if Apple would fix it then bring it back and they would honor the warranty. Like heck was I going to bring it back to them!!!!.... So we drove over to the mall in Tukwila and Apple did not hesitate to fix it. So they took it, and we marched right back to Fries to get our warranty refunded and to put in a complaint to the management and to let them know that Apple did not give us the trouble they did.
Suffices to say that my laptop with ALL my pictures are at the Apple store. I should had uploaded them to Flickr.com.
Well that is all for now... have a good day you all. :)

So has your chimney been finished? That looks like quite the project. And, I love the pics of your boys playing football.
