NO MORE TAXES.....

taxes

Taxes...just the word alone sends shivers down most peoples spines. Taxes for this and taxes for that. We end up paying more taxes then we all would like too. Usually I am very happy at tax time because we get a substantial amount of Dough back, but not this year with buying a new house and not selling our house in Covington. I ended having to pay some money this year. Not a lot, but considering I get back a lot each year, it still hurt! AHHHHHH! I waited to the last possible minute to file because of it.

And then to top it all off, at the end of the Turbotax filing it tells you if you are going to get that 1 time rebate back and it told me we are NOT getting that one time rebate this year because James made to much. :( Considering we had 5 kids and all the other stuff associated with having 3 homes (1 of which my renters are not being very good payers on, mind you), all the other expenses associated w/ life, you would think they would have taken it on the Adjusted Gross Income, but NOOOOOO they have to calculate it according to your Gross. The sad part was part of our Gross was hyped up because of buying the house and having to cash some assets out that went directly to our house closing. Ok so I will stop complaining, because we are blessed. Just so frustrated that's all. :)
