We just got 12 baby chicks last night....
Some Rhode Island Reds(tan/orange color ones), Orpington buffs (yellow ones), Barred Plymouth Rock(dark ones), and some New Hamphires (dark color ones). The kids love them and can't seem to keep their hands off them. On the way home I could tell when AJ was holding one of them because there little peep became really loud. I found TJ and CJ sitting in the chicken trough this morning with the chicks. AHH. Never again I told them. :) Here is CJ holding one of the Plymouth Rocks, I will get some pictures of the all the kids holding some chicks later:

Im almost in tears viewing your blog. It brings back some good feelings. Not to mention I just changed my template and happened to choose the same one you currently have! Totally by chance.
