Rae turns 9.

By the time I posted this it was 12:02 am on the 25th, 3 minutes to late for her real birthday. :)

My only girl turned 9 today. I can't believe she is 9 already. We made cupcakes last night so she can bring them into school this morning. She has been so excited for her birthday all week. We plan on having a friend birthday party for her in 2 weeks and we already have been preparing for it. :) Tonight we went out to dinner at a Chinese Buffet that Rae loves, Rae got some Webkins and a lot of crafts, clothes for her birthday.

A little about Rae:

Rae's had been the only girl in the house besides me of course. Poor girl. She is stuck right in the middle of 4 boys, bless her soul. Even though her brothers tease her a lot she still loves them so very much. She would do anything for them. That is the sweet natures of this sweet girl in our life. She is a pleaser, a great friend to all her friends and tries her darndest in everything she does.

Rae is doing great at school, in fact Miss Rae has worked hard to get 100% on all her spelling test this year and she is a really great reader.

When I found out I was pregnant with Rae I was overjoyed. My pregnancy with Rae was very easy. They day that I had her and found out she was a girl I was so very happy. I actually was so excited that I finally had a little girl that I cried. Not that I was not as excited to have my boys but it just something to have your own little girl. She has been the best girl ever. I could not ask for a better daughter.

Rae loved to do crafts and she always loved her babies. Rae will spend hours creating cards and coloring. She also is a big into journaling. She has books and books of journals and writings she has done. (reminds me of me, as I have journals from when I was 8 thru teens years, which are so funny to read). She has been a joy to have in our house. We love her so much...
